 MASTER OF SCIENCE IN
PUBLISHING PROGRAM

You can put the Power of Pace to work for you through the Master of Science in Publishing, a program especially designed to equip you with comprehensive hands-on training in every important area of publishing, including marketing strategies, book and magazine production, financial applications, and information systems. Whether you wish to further your career or enter the field, you can explore the many options available at Pace in the Dyson College of Arts & Sciences.

Pace University's M.S. in Publishing Program has gained the trust and respect of the publishing industry for one simple reason: we prepare tomorrow's publishing leaders with the experiences and expertise for today's top professionals.

The program's Advisory Board is comprised of accomplished authors, editors, and senior executives from such publishers as Times-Mirror, the New York Times Company, Conde Nast, and John Wiley & Sons. They take an active role in keeping our curriculum current with the needs of today's industry.

Internships give students the opportunity to put their knowledge to the test in the real world. Many leading publishers, including Oxford University Press and Times Mirror, have made internship positions available.

Our faculty of experienced publishing professionals work closely with students, adding variety and excitement to classroom discussions with their own current perspectives on the industry. Our location in the heart of the publishing capital of the world enables us to recruit top experts from virtually every field of publishing as adjunct faculty members. Internship placements with leading magazine and book publishing houses provide opportunities for students to build on their knowledge with hands-on experience.

In addition, publishing seminars and distinguished guest speakers place our students at the forefront of current knowledge and experience in the industry.
