Random House Audio seeks a Publicist.
Responsibilities include implement narrator/author tours through print, radio & TV.
Research & seek out new media outlets.
Pursue online publicity opportunities.
Create & execute campaigns for assigned titles by creating press releases, pitch letters, promotional materials & arranging special events.
Strengthen & develop media & maintain relationships with authors & actors.
Must have minimum 5 yrs publicity experience, agency experience preferred.
Must be creative, assertive & persuasive with strong communication & organization skills.
Must have knowledge of the media, marketplace & competition.
