For eight years, Nancy was a teaching pastor at Willow Creek Community Church where she led the Network ministry, helping all different types and ages of people within the Church identify and live out their spiritual gifts, and Axis, for the 18-20 something generation.

Nancy is one of only a dozen consulting partners for Patrick Lencioni, organizational business consultant and best-selling author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

Nancy co-founded TeamWorx2, a business and leadership coaching and consulting firm to organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union, Grupo Gallegos, and Omnicell Corp.

Nancy speaks to thousands of people at conferences each year. This year she is speaking at the Orange Conference and participating in a CCN Simulcast broadcast from Mosaic Church.

Nancy is a gifted communicator who is passionate about helping people connect what they believe with their everyday lives. She and her husband, best-selling author John Ortberg, live in the San Francisco Bay area.
