Page-Burner: Another Giveaway

Oh, promises, promises...I haven't gotten that photo of the books on my nightstand up here yet, have I? By the way, if you're game to send me a photo of yours, my email addy is the reading writer at aol dot com.
But on to the other thing I promised yesterday: another edition of that completely non-famous guessing game, Page-Burner. Which of the following titles has not needed a bookmark because I've been reading it so rapaciously?
